Preview not showing all pics uploaded

I'm not sure this is were this posting should go. The problem i'm having is that, I've loaded three pics onto a listing, yet when i go to preview it, it only shows the one pic, that is the gallery pic. Help please. Does it matter, or will my final listing be what i see in the preview. Thanks to all.
