Reply to "Preview Picture is not of my item"

Hi Community,

We released a solution for the problem that was preventing our system from generating thumbnails for some items this morning so we expect that any new listings that you post or relist moving forward should show the thumbnails you are expecting on the Active Listings page and in the scrolling gallery.

In addition, we are running a process on the accounts of all the users who have reported this problem that should recreate any thumbnail images for active listings that were missing due to this issue but it may take until this evening for the process to complete.

If you are still seeing missing thumbnail images on your Active Listings page or in your scrolling gallery, please file a support case using the “File Support Case” option under the “Help” tab and we will make sure your account gets serviced in this manner.
