Reply to "PREVIEW problems. Please fix!"

Hello again,

I just had a chance to review some cases we have received about current preview page problems similar to what you described and, although I am still uncertain exactly what caused the problem, our technical team is looking into the issue and we will put a solution in place as soon as possible.

Also, in the each example of this behavior I reviewed, I was able to successfully preview the saved listings in question using the "Preview" option on the Saved Listings page itself even though the template and description did not show up when I attempted to preview the items from the lister page.

Therefore, you may still be able to preview these listings in the mean time by using the “Preview” button next to each item on your Saved Listings page, which can be found in the “Actions” column with a magnifying glass on it.
