problem about Auctiva Shipping Insurance

I've bought Auctiva Shipping Insurance for our customers. So I can send a email to our customer as a proof in auctiva website. To test, I've sent one to myself. I found the link "U-PIC website" in the bottom of the email doesn't work. I suppose our customer should have this kind of problem. Anyone could help me?
