problem buyer I need help fast!

Hello
I have a buyer from ebay ,who bought a dress,said it was shorter than I stated,it was not.
she wrote about two weeks later to tell me it did not have hang tags,now today she is saying it also has shoulder damage.
I did a search on her,and that same dress,she had sold on her site,using my picture .and said in her ad the collar can be removed.
it was sewn down.it sold cheap so I think she just didn't ship it.there was no feedback from buyer or her.
I need to talk to someone in ebay,as I can see a problem on its way.anyone have a Telephone #,or what department I need to go to?
