Reply to "Problem changing colour format on my showcase"

I set the color and put in my logo to the showcase/store area and clicked on preview. But it still has not updated at E-Bay. I origianlly did this days ago.....I do not have a store with E-Bay but I do use the showcase feature with my auctions from Auctiva so I don't know why it doesn't change or add my logo?????
