Reply to "Problem Listing."

I seem to be having the same problem with my picture program that everyone else is having. I sit down and start my listings, work for a while and when I try to prview it, WALA, no pictures, and sometime I even loose my listings.
I cannot find any one to contact for help..
any suggestions?
