Problem with template format after ebay upload

I am having a problem with the listing frame when my listings upload to Ebay. They are full screen size when I preview in auctiva. Once they post to Ebay, the template area is shortened by about 1/8 of the frame on the left side. I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this problem? Thanks.
