Problem with title transferring to template

I finished a draft of a listing using my custom template. I then edited my ebay title a couple or more times. Then I noticed that the title in the template was a revision or two behind. Then after saving and exiting and returning to editing, I found that the title in the template was similar but not word for word what I typed in the ebay title space AND there was a question mark in the middle of the template title. Any thoughts?
