Reply to "Problem with Token Generation"

I've tried both reactivating and cancelling the accounts and still get the failure when trying to generate a token.

Could it be something else? Is there a way to just completely remove my accounts and let me start over?

Seems just cancelling an account does not remove it from the system where the token is concerned. I even went to EBay and tried cancelling the token they had on file for Auctiva but still got the same error.
