Problems Importing/Updating Current eBay Data within Auctiva

Hi Community,

As many of you have inevitably noticed, we are currently experiencing some technical issues with our services that import information from eBay that are causing delays (pretty lengthy in some cases) in the updating of information on the Active Listings (including bids and watches), Closed Listings, and Transactions pages for some users.

Our engineering team is currently investigating this problem and we are doing everything we can to get it resolved as soon as possible. I am unable to provide an ETA as to when it may be resolved at this time, but I will update this thread when additional information on this topic becomes available.
