Reply to "Problems Importing/Updating Current eBay Data within Auctiva"

Hi Community,

Update - We have identified a problem that had caused a small subset of Auctiva accounts not to import any new information from eBay for the past couple days, and we believe that problem is accountable for most, if not all, of the reports of this nature we have received.

We just made some changes to make those accounts start processing their updates once again and they should come to be up to date within the next day or two. Thanks for understanding!
