Reply to "Problems Importing/Updating Current eBay Data within Auctiva"

Hi Community,

Update - We are still receiving reports from a number of customers indicating that this data is still not importing in a timely manner, so it appears there is more to this problem than we originally thought. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate these reports and we are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on this situation to the following thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks again for bearing with us!
