Reply to "Problems Importing/Updating Current eBay Data within Auctiva"

Hi Community,

Update - We have just located the probable cause of the updating/importing problems we have been seeing reported lately so we expect that this information will start updating in a timely fashion once again moving forward. We will have to keep an eye on things overnight to verify whether this "solution" completely resolved the problem though.

I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks again for hanging in there with us!
