Reply to "Problems loading and useing Auctiva"

I have always received an answer from support. Sometimes not what I wanted to hear, but I did get an answer. Right now the site is having oodles of problems and I am just about ready to cry. My profiles are messed up. Photos are lost. I keep getting taken back to the login page. I can't save a listing and what I try to save gets lost...sigh. I just filed a support request and told them that I am having the same issues with IE, Mozilla and Netscape. I don't have cookies or pop-ups disabled. I am doing all of the right things and I just can't navigate Auctiva...sob, tear, shudder, sob, sob.
