Take heart. There are good folks at Auctiva and they are working hard to correct these problems. This IS a wonderful place to list and it saves me oodles of $. Don't give up. I did get an answer to my support request and was told that they know about all of the issues and are doing all they can to get them corrected. My feeling is...don't give eBay any of your hard earned money if you can avoid it. They make plenty on us sellers and we need all of the little perks we can get and find. Hang in there. Things will get better, honest.
