it is difficult to say what the issue may be without reviewing the listing, however, it may be the way you have the template configured or some other minor detail in the listing. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to contact our support team directly by filing a support case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know the title of a listing or two where you are running into this trouble and our agents will be happy to have a look and assist you.
