Problems uploading images I'm having to repeat the process over & over

Hi I'm hoping someone can help, when uploading pics, I am having to repeat the process over and over just to get the selected images I added to the uploader loaded. Usually I can do this in one process but now I keep getting error meassages, but if I just keep clicking the upload button, I can eventually get them loaded but it's taking for ever

Nothing has changed with my software so I'm really confused and a bit
