Hi Donna! Thanks for the reply and not leaving me hanging! I haven't been able to get on the site for hours and just when I started to file a support case(even Help was hung up waiting for 1+ min.)everything went back to normal...kinda' like when your car is making a noise right up to the time you pull into your mechanic.

It was either that, or some of the good vibes which you always seem to bless the Auctiva community with(and I'm sure others in your world). Thank You for being one of the 'good guys' around here...You certainly make the place a brighter and nicer place to 'live'! Jeff
