Problems with page when trying to select image

When I click on "add image", it says that there is a "error on page" and will not add the image. Also, when I click on change a template, it shoots up to the top of the page and I have to scroll back to the "add a template". I never had these problems until this last maintenance thingy they did. Can someone tell me what is wrong?
