eBay will never answer a direct question. It's a waste of time to even ask. All eBay ever answers with are canned replies. Their support is a waste of time. I would take any "OK" they give you with a grain of salt, because it's meaningless.

Do you actually think their support personal knows what their programing staff is doing? Their programming staff doesn't even know what they are doing!

Oh, and I still say that's fee avoidance. Sorry.
