Reply to "Product details / identifiers are also not transferring over to eBay"

I already have 2 support cases open that are not being resolved.
Do I really need a third one??
You are the same person that has responded to the support tickets, so does it matter if you do it here or there?? It being posted on the board isn't preventing you from looking into anything.

Filing support tickets don't seem to be making any real difference other than it takes the issue off the board.

I just want these issues fixed and not hidden away and forgotten.

And this is a "help board".
