OK…Its account preferences not profile that I was having problems with. I could not scroll down on the page because there was no scroll bar. I tried the arrows on my keyboard. I tried the automatic scroll button on the center of my mouse. Nothing.
Never had this problem anyplace…ever. I use Firefox and I went into tools and highlighted the box that said "smooth scrolling" not even knowing what that was and it fixed it. PHEW...Thanks, after hours of wasted time and no response to my problem posted 6 hours ago I realize that I am on my own.
