Reply to "program freezing my whole computer when i try to select image?"

Same thing happened to me today when I tried to preview my listing. It happened again when I tried to add images. Total freeze. I lost all my work and had to log out to get my computer going again. Not only that but my auctiva bookmark disappeared.
