You need to know some HTML. If you read the tutorial in the threads at the top of this forum and things don't make sense or you can't get it to work after an hour or two of trying then you may need to hire someone to help you.

Alternately you could ask the person who you purchased the template from to provide it to you in an Auctiva compatible format. It shouldn't take someone with some HTML knowledge more than 15 minute to get it ready and use the Tags we provide.
