Reply to "Quantity figures not updated in Auctiva"

I've had a look at other items with multiple quantities that have had purchases and some show the correct amounts and others don't. They are all listings that were first imported from eBay when I started using Auctiva so it might be something to do with that. Not something I'm going to majorly stress about tho, just need to know what info I can rely and what not. It's quite a learning curve here but I'm getting there - slowly!
