Question about "Calculate Postage"

I'm sure other people have noticed this as well, but in all of my auctions there is no "calculate" box for people to enter thier zip code. Plus, when I go to paypal to print a label for a completed auction, I have to re-enter the package info. Any ideas on what is going on?
