Questions about free store - not commerce store

Hi All,
I don't know what I am doing. I joined Auctiva and managed to set up my profiles. I set up my store, my contact info and all that. The only problem I am having is getting items into my store that are not in an auction. I have created listings that are store listing, but I can't seem to get them to my store. I feel kind of dumb for asking, but I have spent hours trying to figure it out. Please help!
