Do not, I repeat, DO NOT click on the link in the email. To check your token status, go to Auctiva>My Account>eBay Settings. On that page you will find "Token Status." If it is green and says "Valid" you are good to go. If it is red, then hit "Get New Token." ONLY do this from Auctiva. Do not click on anything in the email, no matter how official it looks.
