...the money is paid to Auctiva. You keep a portion of the payment that you already received.

For instance, if you charged a buyer $1.30 for insurance, the buyer pays that to you, Auctiva charges you $1.05 for the insurance. You keep $.25, and you owe Auctiva the balance ($1.05).
