re listing (photo quetion)

i have only used auctivia 2 times as a test but the items did not sell.
i want to re list them as if they sell i get the fee back
Hovever in my ebay the items unsold are there and when i opened one there was a red cross instead of a photo so i did not list it have my photos disapeared or will they be there when i re list them?
