Re-listing questions

I hope I get some help, I have submitted a help ticket and I have looked all over the boards and I haven't seen an answer to most of the re-listing questions.

I went into the closed listing and I imported all of the unsold listings. It said they were put into saved listings. Now, I don't know which ones are eligible for re-listing, and I need to make some changes to them but I don't know if I can and then re-list?

BUT....
I'm trying to make changes to listings in the Saved Listings and I'm assuming I'm trying to edit a Re-list items because I am unable to save them. I get an error saying it didn't save because and it doesn't give me a reason.

I think I have already re-listed a bunch in the past and have paid full price and that really sucks. I'm REALLY hoping that I don't have to make all the changes and re-list through eBay
