Really need help

I have not listed anything on ebay since July due to being in a car accidnet. Now I want to get up and going again. I kept up auctiva accouont active and now see that there is all this free stuff. So should I be doing it for free..why am I paying 29.99 a month? If everyone is free..I feel so out of touch. I just tried listing an auciton and it would not take my shippping in my persoanlities. It comes up with
Error in Listing
Error Code: 12521
Error Message: Duplications in <ShippingService> specified. Please check API documentation. I don't even kbnow where to check that. Will I have to rewrite all of my auctions?
