regarding lots

I am trying to list a lot of 4 items. I checked off the area to indicate how many lots and how many items. However when I go to preview the listing only shows one item and no lots.

I hesitate to schedule this listing because I am not sure what it is going to look like. And I don't want to go through the hassle of listing and then having to cancel because it is not right.

Please help
