Hi Mike,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, the problem is still ongoing.
I want to make it a Domestic Flat rate and have the amount.
The program will not lt me do that saying that there must be Insurance.
So, in the end, I have to fill it in so the auctiva program accepts it and then go into my account to reconfigure it.
It's a waste of time at the moment.
I have been asking myself it is worth all the hassle?
