Registering on UK auctiva

I have had an auctiva account for some time but still no expert - my husband has just opened his own auctiva account today but for some reason, even though we think he registered under UK, the listings page all seems to be USA - and under the profile while it says location UK, the automatic method of currency is Canadian dollars - we are a bit confused as to what we've done wrong! Any help much appreciated, thanks.
