Hi,

First item I'd check is the "Default eBay Listing Site" on the My Account tab - Preferences - Account Settings page. You might want to recheck all your settings there, including the Preferred Time Zone to make sure it's all the correct settings you want to operate your account.

Also, make sure your default or selection for "eBay Site" at the top of the one-page lister is "United Kingdom". I would expect that to default to UK, if you've got the Account Setting correct (but I've never tried other than US for my account).
