Reinstalling original Auctiva and eBud

I have several thousand saved auction listings on a back-up hard drive (going back to 20010. My old computer hard drive crashed and therefore no longer have access to the original program. I used to often refer back my saved listings to save time doing research for a new listing. Is there a way to reinstall the original Auctiva and Ebud?
