Relist after Dispute

After I close a non-paid item dispute at Ebay and get a final value fee credit, can I relist through Auctiva to get the credit for the listing fee or go through Ebays relisting?

Afraid that if I use Ebays I might lose parts of the listing like the templates or pictures.
