RELIST..NO PIC in Gallery

I relisted 2 items on ebay and they are not showing up in the store gallery. I relisted it through ebay so I can get my credit because I couldn't find a way to relist through Auctiva and if there is a way, would I get a credit for it through ebay? Thanks
