I have been using Auctiva Inventory and Relist for a while now with no issues.
I have been using it on a trial before I get my big orders in, so theres minimum enough stock I can keep track of it, before I rely on it to keep track of 100+ listings regarding 500+ stock
All has been going fine, I set up my inventory, make the listing, add the inventory item and I use a base "relist by inventory" profile.
The relist profile is set up to relist if no items sold, or relist if 1 item remains in inventory.
So far this has been going ok. Until last night, a polo shirt ran its auction and didn't sell. Auctiva inventory still showed at 3 inventory (3 in stock, and 1 in auction) even though the auction ended and never relisted it. I had to relist it myself, and edit the stock to show 4, (so that when I relisted it there was 3 in stock and 1 in auction).
Today I sold another item, nearly an hour ago, Auctiva has not relisted it, in fact its still showing in Auctiva as Active. This item is not listed, if I click on the item number beside it it clearly shows sold, its even been paid for!
but its still sitting as active, and its not relisted.
Have I done something wrong? Because if this keeps up I can't trust Auctiva to keep track of over 500 units of stock in over 100 auctions.
I can't relist it from Auctiva because its Active, and if I relist it through ebay it won't have the inventory and relist profiles.
What do I do?
