Reply to "Relist not working right"

In that case, it may simply be an error/outage in the system. I would recheck to make sure the Auto-Relist profile was applied to the listing and perhaps file a Support Case giving Auctiva the details on the failed Relist last night. Since it's a new feature, every little bit of feedback helps iron-out any wrinkles in the system.

BTW...if you've been getting instant relists on BIN sales, I've very impressed with Auto-Relist. Apparently, there is a direct feedback mechanism from eBay at work. Hmmm....could that have been the cause of last night's failure? Didn't think it could also have been an eBay problem.
