Reply to "Relisting"

How do I copy the HTML for (SG) on the Auctiva site?

When you click on "Scrolling Gallery HTML" (per prior post), you'll see a page with a box containing the HTML code and instructions under the box on how to do the COPY from Auctiva. When you've got the code, you PASTE to where you want it inserted in the Description section using HTML mode on the ebay Revise listing editor, i.e. you do that on ebay's page.

Hope that helps clarify. If you have any listings up with the SG, you can visually check where they are in the Description section and replicate (if that's what you want).

On your other queston, I believe (but you could ask support) that the only situation where Auctiva automatically adds the SG to active listings is when first sign-up sync occurs. After that, you get them automatically appended (where you select on SG customization) to new listing from Auctiva, i.e. it's assumed they will list from Auctiva from that point forward using the Auctiva one-page lister.

If you want to continue to use Turbolister or submissions from ebay, you'll need to manually add the code with those editors (per prior discussion) to those listings for submission at ebay.
