What does this mean..."if you use Auctiva's Wizard to delete images..."

We ARE NOT deleting our own photos... Auctiva is deleting our photos.

Question is? Why are they deleting our photos now that we are paying for them and they didn't delete them when we didn't pay for them??

I have read the boards and have yet to see an answer that makes any sense.
