Relisting from EBAY not showing up as active listing or in store window.

Anybody:

My relisting from EBAY - in order to get fee credit for the first listing if the item sells -is not showing up in AUCTIVA as an active listing, nor is the item showing up in my store window.

What I would like to understand is: is the listing image not in my store window because it is not listed as active, or because the store window needs to update, or something else entirely? Thanks.
