I remember the good ol ebay days when I bought an item for 9.00 that retailed for 21.00 and sold it for 109.00 on ebay after 32 bids for the thing. I remember when I signed up with the western bank of colorado and got 10.00 cash in my account and started to get paypal payments and got 10.00 for everyone that signed up. Then it went to 5.00 and then nothing. I signed up a lot of folks. I remember paypal had a list of the folks that signed up. I remember when in my venue there were not 6,000 items, but on the low 250 and on the high 450 items. I remember when I controlled 15% of the venue with my auctions and paid big bucks to auction watch before they became vendio for an auction host service. I remember having a store with auction watch before ebay has stores and selling a bunch of stuff on a regular basis because google was picking up auction watch pages then. Wow I remember when the listing and sold fees were 3 times lower back then.
