removing a template on a relist

It's no longer Christmas. An item didn't sell. I want to relist, but I can't seem to remove the Christmas template before I relist. Is it possible to remove my Christmas template before relisting so I don't have to create a new listing and thus pay another ebay listing fee? I've changed the listing in my saved listing file, but it doesn't show the deletion when preview before relisting.

I don't find the answer to this exact question on the message boards, but what I do see is that to import the changed listing would cost me. Is that my only option?
