Hi,

To remove the Scrolling Gallery (SG) from an active listing, you need to use ebay's Revise listing editor and literally remove the code. Look for the  tags at the beginning and end of the HTML code to demarc the section.

Moving the SG is same for actives, i.e. cut and paste the code. If you make that change (top to bottom) on the SG in the SG settings, it will go there only for NEW listings. Ditto on change for NO SG, i.e. only new listings.
