I'm new to Auctiva as well as selling on ebay.
Trying to learn as much as I can before listing.
If I understand right, Auctiva depends on revenue from its insurance offerings. Great!
I'd love to offer Auctiva insurance! Helps me- helps-Auctiva! helps-customer! --Good Idea!
Better yet, I've just about decided to make it a requirement in all or most of my auctions!
But, since I'm a little green, I've decided to wait just a bit before using Auctiva Checkout. I think I'd prefer to complete a few transactions to get the hang of things first.
I'm learning more everyday...but I'm still fuzzy about Auctiva Insurance.
How can a seller offer (maybe require)Auctiva Insurance without enabling and using Auctiva Checkout?? Is that something I would charge for in ebay checkout (as part of ship+handl) and then purchase myself for each sale?
I've chewed on several forum posts on insurance explanations....and still try'n.
But I guess I'm just a little thick* on this issue. Probably need to start over..trying to *get-the-idea* about insurance.
I Really Do Like Everything I've Seen about Auctiva! I realize they're working hard to polish up a couple things. I'd bee very pleased to use the insurance exclusively if that helps support it!
