Retrieve deleted images

I have not been selling on eBay for about nine months. Today, when I logged onto my Auctiva Account I find that much has changed. That's fine, except that I need my images back. I do not have them stored on my hard drive any longer (my bad - won't do that again). I can find the images in my deleted folders, but cannot select any to restore them. If I upgrade to the $2.95 service, will I be able to get to them then?
